  • One invitation from the host in Swaziland must be notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  • If the child will be travelling alone, a signed consent note from the parent or legal guardian should be provided.

  • One completed and signed the Swaziland Visa application.
  • One passport-type photo taken within the last three months.
  • Invitation from the host must be notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Swaziland.

  • The invitation letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Swaziland. 
  • No business visa will be granted without an official business letter and please be aware that the business invitation letter should be at least 3 months valid.
  • All required business visa documents must be stamped by the local Department of Immigration.
  • Letter from employer or sponsoring company in Swaziland, on company letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant's employment status/position held in the company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit to Swaziland. 
  • The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in Swaziland.
  • Computer-generated flight itinerary from the airline or travel agency or copy of airline tickets showing departure date from Swaziland.
