  • Citizens of Libya can travel to Dominica without obtaining a visa for a stay duration of 21 days. 
  • They  are required to possess a passport with a validity of at least another 6 months from the date of arrival.
  • Visitors must have return or onward tickets and all documents required for their next trip.
  • Visitors are required to provide a certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
  • There are restrictions placed on the quantity of alcohol and tobacco brought into the country. 
  • Visitors are prohibited from bringing in all animal products such as coconut, straw materials, bananas, citrus, coffee and plants.
  • Pets are to be accompanied by a health certificate issued within 15 days before arrival to the country.
  • The animals must be vaccinated against rabies and parvovirus within a period of more than one month and less than one year before arrival.
  • It is prohibited to bring in any type of bird into Dominica. 
  • Departure tax  of USD 21 or XCD 55 is levied on all visitors upon departure from the airport
  • There are no restrictions on the import of foreign and local currencies provided they are declared on arrival.
