Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Polish Visa.

  • Original Libya passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the intended period of stay in Poland.

  • The letter must also state the purpose and duration of the visit.
  • The business letter must also state who will be responsible for the applicant’s finances during the applicant's stay in Poland.
  • A letter from the applicant’s employer in Libya should be provided. The letter must state the applicant’s job position, salary level, and length of employment.
  • Proof of previous trade relations between the applicant’s company and the host company should be provided if any.
