- Proof of accommodation/hotel reservations for the whole duration of stay in Romania is required.
- A copy of the original bank statement of the last three months showing proof of sufficient funds for the entire duration of stay is required.
- A copy of return travel tickets to Libya is required.
- An issued police report from the local police department in Libya showing that the applicant has no history of criminal activities in Libya.
- Applicants are not required to overstay the required duration of stay in Romania.
