Applicants travelling on behalf of their employer are to submit a letter from their employer stating the purpose and duration of their visit. The host or partner company should provide a letter of invitation stating the nature of the business to be carried out and the duration of the visit. If the host company will be financially responsible for the applicant, it should be clearly stated in their letter. Applicants who are self-employed are to submit a copy of their business registration. A copy of their Income Tax Return for the last 6 months should be submitted. Brazil Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Brazilian student’s visa is issued to Malagasy travelling to Brazil for study purposes. Applicants should ensure that they have been offered admission into an institute of learning in Brazil before initiating this process. Letter of admission issued to the applicant should be submitted to the embassy. The letter should outline the nature of the study being undertaken in Brazil. Applicants are to apply for a visitor's/tourist visa if the program of study does not exceed 90 days Holders of this visa are allowed to undertake paid legal employment in Brazil as long as it is compatible with their coursework load. Transcripts and certificates that qualifies the applicant for the course of study should be submitted. Proof of part or full payment of tuition fee should be submitted. Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted. Proof of payment of visa application fee should be submitted. Proof of incentive of returning to Madagascar at the completion of your study program should be submitted. Applicants are to submit proof of their travel health insurance that covers their duration of stay. Police Certificate issued within the last three months, certifying the absence of criminal record should be provided. Minors are required to have their original birth certificate accompanied by a letter of consent signed by both their parents. All documents submitted to the Brazilian embassy should be translated to Portuguese.
