How to get a Cameroon visa from Madagascar

• Malagasies intending to travel to Cameroon for tourism or leisure should apply for a Cameroonian tourist visa.
• This visa is valid for 90 days.
• An international certificate of vaccination against yellow fever is required. Other vaccines and treatments for malaria are also recommended.
• A letter of invitation or a certificate of accommodation by your host legalized by a competent local Cameroonian administrative authority must be provided.
• The letter of invitation should serve as a guarantee for the accommodation of the applicant and/or the care of the applicant during his stay.
• Proof of financial sustenance must be provided. This should come in the form of a signed copy of a bank statement indicating a minimum sum of 3000 dollars.
• Copy of marriage certificate or declaration of the common-law union must be provided (for persons who are married or in legal cohabitation).
• While there are no official restrictions, travelers are required to make a declaration when they are exiting the country with XAF 3,000,000 or more.
