Applicants should ensure that have been offered admission in an institution in Canada before initiating this visa process. Applicants must have a valid international passport. Letter of acceptance from the institution in Canada should be submitted. This serves as a proof that the student has been offered admission. The letter should contain the full details of the applicants' course of study and duration of the course to be undertaken. Proof of part or full payment of tuition fee should be submitted. Proof of incentive of returning to home country at the expiration of this visa should be submitted. You will need to obtain a Canadian study permit to study in Canada, which will serve as a Canadian student visa for the duration of your stay. A study permit also allows you to work part-time on campus as a full-time student registered at an accredited higher education institution. The study permit also allows the student to work off-campus, maybe as a co-op or an intern as part of your program, stay in Canada as a permanent resident or seek employment after graduation. You can apply for a Canadian study permit either online or through a paper application, which can be obtained from the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website. Transcripts and certificates from previously attended institutions that qualifies the applicants for the course in which they have been offered admission should be submitted. If the certificates do not match the requisite criteria for the course in which the applicant has been offered admission, such applicant might be denied a visa. Canada Official Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Canadian official visa is issued to diplomats and officials of Madagascar visiting Canada for official purposes. The official visa is only issued when the trip is to foster bilateral relationships between both countries. An official letter from the government of Madagascar stating the position, duration of stay and purpose of the applicant's visit should be submitted. The applicant should be in possession of a Malagasy diplomatic passport. Bearers of this visa are not allowed to stay beyond the designated time issued on this visa An official invitation from the Canadian government will be required during the processing. A diplomatic visa is valid for a duration of three months. Bearers of this visa cannot travel with this visa if the purpose of travel is not official.
