Bearers of this visa are allowed to meet up business partners and sign business contracts. Applicant should have a passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the proposed date of travel. A duly signed and completed visa application form is required. Applicants employer should submit a letter stating the purpose of the applicant's visit and duration of the business trip. The host company in the Netherlands should submit a letter stating their awareness of the applicant's visit, duration and nature of business to be carried out. If the travel expenses of the applicant would be taken care of by either the parent company in Madagascar or the host company in the Netherlands it should be clearly stated in their letter. Proof of previous business dealings between both companies should be submitted. Self-employed applicants would be required to submit a copy of their business registration certificate. A copy of the company's Income Tax Return for the last six months should be provided. Full round trip flight reservation beginning not less than 10 working days from the application is important. Applicants should ensure that they have been offered admission into an institute of learning before initiating this process. Applicants should be in possession of a valid passport. Proof of medical fitness showing that the applicant is free from all forms of communicable diseases should be submitted. If you are a minor travelling without your parent, a letter of consent signed by both parents should be provided. Also, an unabridged original copy of your birth certificate is required. Proof of paid visa application fee should be submitted.
