Basic Travel Requirements for Malaysians visiting DR Congo

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Congolese Visa.

Two correctly completed and duly signed visa application form.
A passport which has a validity of at least 3 months from the period of exit from the country. 
Two adjacent blank pages of the passport.
Two copies of the applicant's passport-sized photographs(51mm x 51mm) taken on a white background and not older than 3 months. 
A copy of your airline tickets or travel itinerary.
Valid travel insurance.
A bank statement of at least 3 months before the period of entry into the country. 
Proof of accommodation for the duration of stay in the country. 
A flight ticket with the entry and exit dates from Congo.  
Travel insurance with sufficient medical coverage for the intended duration of stay.
