If you are under the age of 18 years, you are required to provide the original copy of your birth certificate that carries the names of both parents.
Applicant must provide a letter from the travel agent stating that a round trip ticket was purchased.
Proof of sufficient funds is required. This should come in form of a bank statement.

The letter should state the duration and nature of the business to be carried out. The valid contact address of the company should be included in the letter.
Proof of any previous dealings between the sponsoring and the host company should be provided, if any.
