Two copies of the visa application form should be properly filled and signed.

Proof of sufficient funds for the duration of stay in the country. Valid travel insurance which covers medical insurance.
Proof of accommodation during your stay in the country.

One completed Venezuela visa application form.
The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least six months at the time of application.

A Covering Letter from the Mauritius Organization, recommending travel.
Original onward/ return air ticket or travel itinerary.
Bank statements of the last six months showing proof of sufficient funds.
