Belgium Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
Moroccans travelling for recreation, sightseeing, and relaxation are the applicants of the Belgian tourist visa.
The Belgium tourist visa is issued to applicants who intend to spend not more than 90 days in Belgium.
Applicants on a Schengen visa can visit Belgium as well as attend festivals and events during the visit.
The Schengen visa allows for a barrier-free travel between all its member states. However, Applicants for the visa through the Belgian embassy are to provide information on the duration of stay in Belgium and possible visit to other Schengen regions through the Belgian city at the point of interview.
Applicants international passport with a validity of not less than 3 months from the proposed date of travel is required.
If the applicant is visiting a relative or a friend, a letter of invitation from their host in Belgium should be sent to the embassy.
Applicants recent passport-sized photograph not older than 6 months is to be submitted.
Applicants who are employed are to submit a letter from their employer stating the awareness of their leave and duration.

Belgium Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Belgian business is issued to Moroccans visiting for business purposes. Business meetings can be held in any part of the country with this visa. A multiple entry permit is recommended for applicants of the business visa. Belgian business visa has a validity period of not more than 90 days. Two recent passport-sized photograph taken within the last 3 months should be submitted. An international passport with a validity of not less than 3 months to the proposed date of departure should be submitted. A letter from your host company in Belgium should be sent to the embassy stating the awareness and purpose of your visit. The full contact details of the company in Belgium should be clearly stated. If the Belgian company is going to be responsible for your expenses in the country, it should be clearly stated in the letter. Original copy of memorandum and article of association of the Belgian company should be submitted. A copy of the business registration and trade licence should be submitted to the embassy. A letter from your employer stating the purpose and duration of your visit should be sent to the embassy. If the applicant is self-employed, a copy of their Income Tax Return should be attached and sent to the embassy. Proof of financial sufficiency in form of bank statement or travellers check should be submitted. Applicants are to submit a proof of travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 euros. Applicants are advised to make their application at least 45 days before the date of departure. Proof of previous business dealings with the company should be provided if any. Trade license of the company should be provided. This visa does not allow foreigners to seek public funds in the country. Proof of paid visa application fee is required. Belgium Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Belgian student visa is for applicants who aim to study in any of the educational institutions in Belgium. The Belgian student’s visa is a long-stay visa (type D). Moroccan applying for this visa should ensure that they have been given admission into an institution in Belgium before initiating the process. Applicants letter of admission from the institution of study should be sent to the embassy. The letter should be written on the school’s letterhead and should state the course of study and duration. Certificates and transcripts from previously attended schools that qualifies the applicant for the admission granted should be provided. An enrollment certificate allowing attendance of courses in Belgium is required. Applicants are to show proof of financial sufficiency that covers their duration of stay. Proof of part or full payment of tuition fee should be submitted. Applicants are to provide proof of travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 euros for their stay. A medical certificate stating you don’t carry any diseases that may endanger public health (such as TB, diseases that require quarantine and other infectious diseases) is also required. Applicants who are not up to 18 years of age are to submit a copy of their original birth certificate a letter consent signed by one or both parents. Applicants are to submit a proof of clean criminal record in the form of a police report. This visa can be extended to cover the duration of your study in the country. Receipt of paid visa application form is required. The visa costs €75. Applicants should note that if they do not have the right certificates that qualify them for the course of study in which they have been granted admission, the embassy might deny their visa application.
Belgium Official Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Belgium official visa is to Moroccan diplomats visiting Belgium for official purposes. Proof of official status should be submitted. A diplomatic note containing your status in Government, as well as the purpose and duration of your visit is required from the Moroccan Government Diplomats are required to present a valid means of identification. As a diplomat, if the purpose of your visit to the country is non-official, you are not entitled to this visa. Only Heads of States can visit the country for whatever purpose with the official visa.
