Egypt visa requirements for Moroccans

The tourist visa is issued to Moroccan visiting Egypt for leisure, recreation or vacation purposes. 

Foreigners can also visit friends and relatives with this visa.

If the purpose of visiting Egypt is to visit a friend or relative, a letter of invitation from your host in Egypt should be sent to the embassy.

The letter should contain the full contact address of the host and should state the duration of the applicant's visit.

Applicants who are employed are to submit a letter from there stating the awareness of their leave, duration and enumeration of the applicant.

Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the duration of stay is compulsory.

Travel health insurance should be submitted.

Proof of incentive of returning to your home country.

Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation should be submitted.

Applicants travel itinerary should be submitted.

You are required to have a certificate of Yellow Fever vaccination.

Travellers are advised to be immunized against Malaria, Typhoid and Hepatitis A and B.

At the expiry of your visa, you are expected to leave the country.

Applicants of the Egyptian business visa are are Moroccans visiting Egypt for business purposes.

Bearers of this visa are allowed to visit Egypt to meet up with their partners and carry out all business activities.

A letter of invitation from the company you are visiting in Egypt is required. The letter should have the address of the company you are visiting, the duration and purpose of your visit to the country.

A letter from the applicant's employer should be sent to the embassy,the letter should state the purpose and duration of the applicant's visit.

If the company you are meeting with is responsible for handling your expenses, it should be clearly stated in the letter.

Proof of registration and receipt of paid fees for the registration of the conference should be made available for those who intend to attend conferences in Egypt.

Proof of business registration of the host company in Egypt should be submitted.

Proof of previous business dealings between the Egyptian company and the Moroccan company should be submitted.

Applicants who own their own business should provide a copy of their income tax return for the last six months.

Applicants travelling with minors are to submit the original birth certificate of the minor alongside a letter of consent from one or both parents.

Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted.

Copies of the original documents should be made as the embassy will not return the original copies unless copies are provided.

Travellers on this visa are not allowed to enrol in any institution in the country or take up paid employment.

The Egyptian tourist visa is issued to Moroccans making a short stop-over in Egypt.

The purpose of this visa is to enable the bearer transit through Egypt to a destination country

If your stay in the country is less than 12 hours, you do not need to apply for a transit visa.

Applicants valid passport should also be submitted.

Moroccans are allowed to transit through Egypt to their destination country with this visa.

Applicants are required to have the flight ticket of their destination country.

You are required to have the visa of your destination country.

Holders of this visa are not permitted to work or study while they are in the country.

Receipt of payment of visa application fee is required.

Minors should ensure they have an unabridged original copy of their birth certificate.

The duration of this visa cannot be extended.
