Italy Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The tourist visa is issued to Moroccans travelling to Italy for tourism, vacation or leisure purposes. Applicants visiting friends and relatives in Italy are to submit a letter of invitation from their host. The letter should have the home address and telephone number of their host in the country. Applicants passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the proposed date of travel. Applicants who are employed are to submit a letter from their employer stating the awareness of their leave and duration. Applicants travel insurance that has a minimum value of 30,000 euros should be submitted. Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation should be submitted. Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted. A copy of the applicants travel itinerary with flight dates and tickets. Proof of incentive of returning to your home country at the expiration of your visa should be submitted. Applicants should ensure they have the receipt of paid visa application fees.
Italy Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Italian business visa is meant for Moroccan business-minded travellers visiting Italy for business purposes.
You can attend trade fairs, conferences, and business summits whilst you are in the country.
A letter of invitation from your host company in Italy should be submitted. The letter should contain the company’s address and state the purpose of your visit to the country.
A letter from your employer in Morocco should submit a letter to the embassy stating the purpose and duration of your visit.
If your business partner in Italy is going to be responsible for your expenses, it should be stated in the letter of invitation from the company.
Proof of previous business dealings between both companies should be submitted if any.

Italy Work Visa Eligibility & Requirements
This visa is issued to Moroccans travelling to Italy to take up paid employment Moroccans are to ensure that they have been offered a job in Italy before initiating the visa application process. Letter from your employer in the country confirming your employment should be provided. The address of the company as well, as your job description, should be clearly stated in the letter. Applicants are expected to apply for a work permit in order to be able to work in Italy. Applicants are to submit certificates that qualify them for the job. Proof that you are not receiving below the minimum wage is required. Proof that there was no Italian qualified and willing to take up the job as at the time of employment should be submitted. Receipt of paid visa application fee should be provided. You are expected to abide by all the rules guiding your visa application. At the expiration of your visa, you are required to leave the country.

Moroccans seeking medical attention in Italy are the recipients of the Italian medical visa. The applicant's doctor in Morocco should provide a letter stating why the treatment would be best gotten in Italy. The hospital or doctor in Italy should send a letter to the consulate stating their awareness and acceptance to provide treatment to the applicant. The nature of the treatment and the intended time of recovery should be clearly stated in the letter. Applicants passport with minimum validity of six months from the proposed date of travel should be submitted. Two recent passport photographs not older than 3 months should be submitted. Applicants are to submit a travel health insurance that has a minimum value of 30,000 euros should be submitted. Applicants who are employed should submit a letter from their employer stating the awareness of your leave and duration. Holders of this visa are prohibited from taking up employment in the country. You are expected to leave the country at the end of your treatment. Proof of paid visa application fee is required.
