Basic Travel Requirements for Moroccans visiting Spain
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Spanish Visa.
A Moroccan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp. Duly completed and signed visa application form. If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form. Passport-size photographs (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) taken in white background. Travel document. Proof of financial support. Spain Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Spanish tourist visa can also be referred to as a Schengen visitors visa.
The visa is issued to Moroccan visiting Spain for sightseeing, vacation and holidays.
The tourist visa has a validity of 90 days.
Moroccans on this visa can meet up with friends and relatives with this visa.
If the applicant is travelling to visit a relative or friend, they would be required to submit a letter of invitation to the embassy.
The letter should the full contact address and a valid means of identification of the host in Spain.
Employed applicants are to submit a letter from their employer stating their awareness and duration of leave
Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted.

A valid medical insurance with a minimum value of 30,000 euros is required.
Applicants should show proof of hotel reservation or accommodation.
Applicants travelling with minors are to submit a copy of their original birth certificate of the minor alongside a letter of consent from one or both parents.

This visa type allows its holders' multiple entry into the country.
A non-refundable fee of €60 is paid for the visa.
Spain Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Spanish business visa is issued to Moroccans visiting Spain for business transactions or meetings. The business visa for the Schengen Territory allows you to stay and travel within the Schengen Territory a maximum of 90 days per year. Applicants should have a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the proposed date of travel. A letter from the applicant’s employer stating the purpose and duration of the applicants trip should be submitted. An Invitation Letter from the Spanish company addressed to the Consulate General of Spain in Morocco should be sent. The letter must be written in Spanish and should contain the purpose and duration of the applicant's visit. If the expenses of the applicant would be taken up the host company in Spain, it should be clearly stated in their letter. Proof of previous business dealings between both countries should be submitted. If the applicant is self-employed, a copy of the applicant's Income-tax Return for the last 6 months should be submitted. A copy of the company’s business registration should be submitted. If the applicant intends starting up a business in Spain, the process is a bit challenging. dealing with construction permit can be a challenge. Obtaining permits takes a lot of time with several certificates and inspections required as part of the process. Paying taxes is also another challenge. It can be a time-exhaustive procedure. All documents should be translated to Spanish before being sent to the embassy.
Spain Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Spanish student visa is issued to Moroccan applicants travelling to take up a course of study in Spain. This visa is issued as a Long-stay Schengen Visa. If the course of study does not exceed 3 months, a short stay visa would be issued to the applicant. For a training course exceeding three or six months, you will be issued a temporary long-stay visa and a residence permit. A letter of admission from the institution issued to the applicant should be sent to the embassy. For training or a course exceeding six months, you will be issued a long-stay visa which is equivalent to a residence permit. Applicants of this visa should ensure that they have been given admission before initiating the visa application process. Proof of part or full tuition fee should be submitted to the embassy. Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted. Certificates and transcripts that qualify the applicants for the course in which they have been given admission should be submitted. Bearers of this visa are allowed to work part-time during school hours and full time during holidays. Travel insurance that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted. Proof of incentive of returning to Morocco at the expiration of your visa should be submitted.
Spain Transit Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Spanish transit visa is issued to Moroccans travelling with the intentions of transiting through Spain. Applicants are to be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity from the proposed date of travel. You are required to possess the visa and flight ticket of your destination country. Applicants complete travel documents should be submitted. Applicants under the age of 18 years should submit a copy of their unabridged birth certificate alongside a letter of consent from one or both parents. Foreigners who have been previously convicted may not be issued this visa. Receipt of paid visa application fee is required. The documents submitted by applicants should be in either English or Spanish. You are required to exit the country before the expiry of your visa. This visa cannot be extended.
