When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). No internet access available. Pets are not allowed. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children from 4 years old to 15 years old stay for MXN 400 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.Check in by None. Check out by 12:00 PM

Reservations that involve the date December 31 will have to be paid in full no later than December 1 by deposit or transfer. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner for adults and children from 7 years old is already included in the total of your reservation. In case of children between 2 and 6 years old, the guest must pay directly at the hotel the amount of 375 MXN for each child for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner. In case of reservations of 5 rooms or more, the hotel will contact the agency to manage the special conditions for deposit and cancellation. If the hotel cannot communicate with the guest and/or the agency and the deposit is not made under the conditions determined by the hotel, the cancellation of the reservations will be requested.
