When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. No parking available. Pets are not allowed. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children from 3 years old to 17 years old stay for £30 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 17 years old stay for £30 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Adults stay for £40 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Group Reservations Policy: Bookings of six (6) rooms or more are classified as group reservations and are subject to separate Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of such a booking, our Group Reservations Department will contact the guest to outline the applicable procedures and request confirmation of the group terms.
