Netherlands Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Netherlands business visa is issued to Nigeriens with the intentions of visiting the Netherlands for business purposes. Bearers of this visa can meet up with business partners to negotiate and sign contracts. You can also attend trade fairs, conferences and business summits while you are in the country. Applicants original passport not older than 10 years with a minimum validity of three months from the proposed date of travel should be submitted. A letter from the applicant's employer in Niger stating their awareness and allowance of the business travel should be submitted. A letter of invitation from the host company in the Netherlands should be provided. The address of the company and the dates of your visit should be stated in the letter. If the financial burden of the applicants trip would be carried by the host company in the Netherlands, it should be clearly stated in their letter. Applicants who are self-employed or private business owners are to submit a copy of their Income Tax Return for the last six months. A copy of their business registration certificate should also be submitted. If the applicant of this visa has had previous business dealings with the company they are visiting, proof of this must be provided. You cannot be gainfully employed while you are in the country with this visa. Holders of the Netherlands business visa also cannot seek public funds. Applicants should show proof of returning to their home country before the expiration of their visa. Proof of paid visa application fee should be submitted. This visa has a validity of 90 days.
Netherlands Medical Visa Eligibility & Requirements
This visa is issued to Nigeriens visiting the Netherlands for medical treatment. Applicant should have a passport with a minimum validity of 3 months from the proposed date of travel. Nigeriens who have been issued the Netherlands medical visa will be required to apply for a temporary resident permit. A letter from the applicant's physician in Niger stating why the treatment would be best gotten in the Netherlands should be sent to the embassy. A letter of attestation confirming the date of appointment as well as their knowledge of your medical situation should be provided by the hospital in the Netherlands. Applicants who are employed would require a letter from their employer stating their awareness and duration of your leave. A letter to the Medical Advice Bureau in the Netherlands is needed. The letter should state the nature of the illness, why treatment elsewhere will be inappropriate and if the applicant has shown proof of financial capacity to cover his medical bills. Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicant's medical bills should be submitted. Proof of part or full payment of medical bills should be provided. The applicant has to sign a medical declaration. By signing this declaration, the applicant consents to be involved in any medical research, if necessary. Minors are to submit a copy of their original birth certificate alongside a letter of consent from one or both parents. Nigeriens on a medical visa are not allowed to work while they are in the country. You are expected to leave the country at the end of your treatment. Proof of incentive of returning to Niger at the expiration of the applicant's visa should be submitted. Visa holders are not allowed to take up permanent residence in the country, but temporary residence is allowed.
Netherlands Transit Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Netherlands transit visa is issued to Nigeriens with the intention of transiting through the Netherlands. The transit visa issued to Nigeriens can also be called the Airport Transit visa (Type A). The Type A visa allows its holder to transit through the international transit areas of one or more airports of the Netherlands without entering. Applicants should be in possession of a valid Nigerien Passport. A copy of the applicant's visa to the destination country should be submitted. An onward airplane ticket valid for the destination is also required. Bearers of this visa will not be allowed to leave the airport nor the international zone of the airport. Airport transit visas are not valid for short-stays in any Schengen country. Proof of visa application fee should be submitted.
