When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Pets are not allowed. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for NZD 20 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for NZD 59 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs NZD 25 per day. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that parking is strictly subject to availability. Our car parking is extremely small, so only Hatchbacks and Small Sedans will be accommodated. SUVs, UTEs, vans, and any larger vehicles will not be accommodated due to size restrictions. The reception team can assist you with alternative parking sites near the hotel. All credit cards, international debit cards, and PayWave will incur a 2% surcharge. New Zealand EFTPOS cards or cash do not incur any surcharge. Due to health & safety reasons and emergency protocols, we do not allow any rooms with more than 4 guests at a time, including visitors. Please note that the 'Hotel Room - Internal - No Housekeeping' doesn't have windows.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
