Basic Travel Requirements for Pakistanis visiting Poland

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Polish Visa.


  • Original Pakistan passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the intended period of stay in Poland.
  • Passport must have at least one blank page for the visa stamp.
  • Poland application form that is completely filled and signed.
  • One recent passport photograph with a white background.
  • Copies of tickets or confirmed travel itinerary showing entry and exit date.
  • Copies of most recent bank statement showing proof of financial means.
  • Copies of confirmed hotel reservation as proof of accommodation in Poland.
  • Receipt showing that the application form has been paid.
  • A record of good character signed by the local police department in Pakistan is required.
  • A certificate of yellow fever vaccination is to be submitted by applicants.
