- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Azerbaijan for business purposes.
- Completely filled visa application form by the applicant.
- Invitation letter from the company in Azerbaijan along with the address and phone number along with their detailed address accompanied with the dates of your visit.
- A certificate from your employer stating/allowing your business travel.
- If there were previous trade relations between your company and the Azerbaijani company, proof must be provided.
- Proof of sufficient funds to finance stay.
- Business bank statement for the latest 6 months.
- Memorandum and Article of Association in original certified copy, Trade License (first issued and present renewal), Proprietorship/Partnership documents.
- The employer or the partner company must state the coverage of expenses on the letter or invitation regarding the applicant’s expenses during a stay in Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Azerbaijan for tourism purposes.
- A valid passport.
- Completely filled visa application form by the applicant.
- International passport. Your international passport should be valid and must have a validity of at least 6 months at the time you wish to enter Azerbaijan.
- The travel passport should also have 2 blank pages for the visa stamp.
- Two recent passport photograph with a white background
- Flight Reservation. This document should show when you intend to enter and exit Azerbaijan.

- A letter of invitation from the host/company.
- Proof of returning back to your destination country.

- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Azerbaijan for an employment reason
- A completely filled visa application form
- Two recent passport-sized colored photographs taken against a white background. Please do not use a stapler when attaching the photograph to the application. Photos must be clear and of good quality and be printed on proper photo paper.
- Valid Original Passport.
- Proof of educational qualification and curriculum vitae.
- Your passport must be valid for at least six months after the expiry date of the requested Azerbaijani visa. In order to be able to apply for a multiple entry visa, you need to have 2 facing blank pages in your passport.
