Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Bulgarian Visa.
- Bulgaria visa application form filled by the applicant.
- A valid passport with a minimum of six months beyond your stay in Bulgaria
- Two recent-passports sizes 35mm x 45mm

- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Bulgaria for business reasons.
- A valid passport is required.
- Old passport should be presented if any.
- Two passport photographs with a white background.
- Air ticket.
- Payment of the prescribed visa fees.
- A letter of invitation from the organization in Bulgaria.
- Covering letter from the company stating the purpose of your travel.
- Bank statement within the last six months issued from the bank.
- Income Tax Returns.
- Proof of accommodation.
- The applicant ID card.
Bulgaria Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Bulgaria for tourism.
- Filled out and signed Bulgaria tourist visa application form.
- Original, signed Philippine passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
- Two passport-style photographs, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print.
- Photocopies of the passport and ID card. The applicant must provide photocopies of the original passport and ID card, including a copy of all visas(valid and expired)
- Visa application form filled out in detail(block letters) and signed by the applicant.
- Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.
- Medical travel insurance
- Bank Statement. Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds
- Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.
- Personal Invitation. If visiting friends or family, you must provide a letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, purpose and duration of the visit, confirmation of accommodation including the address, signature, and date.
- You will also need to provide proof of the host's status in Bulgaria ie. copy of their Bulgaria passport's information page.
- In case they are not a citizen of Bulgaria, copies of their Bulgaria residence permit and their national passport's information pages would be required.
- Host's Bank Statement. If you will be receiving financial support from a host or other sponsor in Bulgaria, please provide a copy of that individual's bank statement. Please note that the invitation letter from your host should specifically state the types of support they will be providing (financial, accommodations, etc).

- A letter explaining the reason for the request
- The employment contract
- Copy of your passport/travel document which is valid for at least 6 more months.

- Documents related to your educational background, skills and qualifications, previous work experience, etc.
- A report regarding the number of employees your employer has had under employment contracts for the preceding 12 months.
- Any additional documents which are related to your job.
