Application requirements
Documents Filipino applicants need to provide.
- An international passport with a validity of at least 6 months.
- Visa applicants must be of legal age to apply for this visa.
- Minor applicants are to apply with their parents or Guardians.
- All documents for submission not in the English language are to be translated into English and the verification of correct translation submitted.
- All the applications must be signed and dated correctly.
- Two passport photographs that meet the Canadian Photo Requirement should be submitted.
- Applicants are required to have a clean criminal record and have proof of this through a valid court document.
- Proof of financial sustenance for the applicant's entire duration of stay in Canada.
- Proof that the applicant will be returning to their home country at the expiration of the visa given them.

- This visa can be used to attend seminars, conferences, sign and negotiate contracts and meet with business partners.
- The processing time for this visa is about 6 weeks and it allows its holder to stay for a maximum of 180 days in the country.

- A letter of invitation from your business partner in Canada is to be provided.

Student visa
