Basic Travel Requirements for Filipinos visiting Greece
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Greek Visa.
- A signed printout of the application form for Greece.
- A copy of the information pages of your valid signed Filipino passport with at least 1 year of remaining validity.
- Two passports photograph size (35mm x 45mm) with a white background.
- An Embassy fee of 60 Euros must be paid at the time of appointment.
- Copy of driver's license, state-issued ID, or major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) for the most recent month, showing the applicant's name and current address.
- Proof of travel itinerary, hotel reservations, and airline reservations.
- Medical Insurance.
- Original and one copy of bank statements from the past three months.
- Additional documents for minors (under the age of 18). An original notarized Letter of Consent signed by both parents/guardian, authorizing travel to Greece.
- Proof of sufficient funds to support travel.

Greece Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- This visa is issued to Filipinos traveling to Greece with the intention of engaging in business activities.
- Applicants of this visa must provide evidence of a clean criminal record from the last three years.
- An invitation letter from the host company in Greece is required. The letter should be written in both Greek and English.
- The invitation letter should introduce the applicant and state the duration and purpose of the applicant’s visit.
- The business visa allows the Philippine to attend and participate in trade fairs, conferences, and business seminars relating to their profession.
- A passport with a validity of 6 months.
- The philippine visiting the country to attend a conference should provide an invitation letter from the company or authorized body to attend events connected with trade.
- A letter from the applicant’s employer stating the applicant’s job position, salary level and length of employment should be provided.

Greece Medical Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Medical visa application form

- Proof of advance payment of the treatment / financial arrangements with the medical doctor in Greece.
- Confirmed accommodation in the Medical Clinic.
- A letter of consent from the parents/guardian, stating that he/she has no objection about their child traveling alone to Greece (If applicable).
- Proof of accommodation/hotel reservation.
Greece Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The tourist visa is issued to citizen of the Philippines traveling to Greece with the intention of sightseeing and relaxing.
- This visa is for an applicant who has the intention of visiting their friends or relatives who reside in Greece.
- If invited by a host, a letter of invitation from your host in Greece should be provided.
- An original certificate of employment for the last three years is required.
- Medical insurance is required.
- You are required to provide a criminal record from the last three years. This should be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Minors applying for this visa are required to be in possession of the original copy of their birth certificate.
- Proof of sufficient funds to support your travel.

Greece Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- A duly signed and accomplished study visa application form.
- A medical certificate issued by a recognized medical institution in the country showing that the applicant does not suffer from a contagious disease is required.
- A study visa is issued to foreign nationals who have been accepted to study full-time in a higher education establishment in Greece.
- A letter of acceptance from the institution that the applicant has been accepted into should be provided.
- If the applicant of this visa is under the age of 18 years, a letter of consent signed by the person exercising parental authority is required.
- Applicants of this visa are to present proof of a clean criminal record.
- The letter of acceptance should be printed on the institution's letterhead and must state the course the applicant will be studying.
- Proof of sufficient finance during the stay in Greece.
- The Consular Authority in Greece offers a visa valid for up to 1 year and then issue a residence permit valid until the end of the applicant’s study.
- The certificate which proves that the applicant has sufficient knowledge of the Greek language should be provided if the applicant will be studying a language course.
