Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Jamaican Visa.


  • A Philippine passport valid for at least 6 months
  • One passport-sized photograph (35mm x 45mm).
  • A completed Visa Application Form to be signed by the applicant.
  • A valid return visa to the Philippines.
  • Proof of travel itinerary.
  • A round trip ticket.
  • The visa fee is to be paid by money order to the Jamaican Consulate/embassy.
  • The applicant must not have been sentenced to imprisonment in another country for any extraditable crime/offense.
