Basic Travel Requirements for Filipinos visiting Latvia

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Latvian Visa.


  • Valid passport for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure from Latvia. The original must be submitted along with a copy of each page.
  • Two recent passport-sized photos (35mm x 45mm).
  • Fully accomplished and duly signed application form.
  • Payment of air ticket.
  • Detailed original flight itinerary, including the date of arrival and departure.
  • Evidence of adequate financial means (recent original bank and/or credit card statements).
  • Travel health insurance.
  • Embassy working hours are from  9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Mondays-Fridays).
  • Confirmed hotel reservation.
  • Underage children cannot apply for a visa. Both parents must fill out and sign the application form for their children.
