Basic Travel Requirements for Filipinos visiting Poland

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Polish Visa.


  • Philippine passport with at least two blank visa pages and valid for 6 months beyond the date of departure from Poland.
  • Copy of valid Philippine ID card.
  • Travel health insurance certificate and copy.
  • Documentary proof providing details of the purpose of the trip.
