Basic Travel Requirements for Filipinos visiting Ukraine
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Ukrainian Visa.
- Fully accomplished and duly signed visa application form, printed or written in block letters in black ink.
- Philippine passport, with a validity of at least 6 months beyond the proposed date of departure from Ukraine. The passport must contain at least 1 blank page.
- 2 recent passport size (35mm x 45mm) photographs.
- All contact telephone numbers of the applicant.
- The passport photo must not be older than 6 months.
- Medical Insurance. International health insurance specifically covering the territory of the country and indicating the validity of this coverage (with a minimum medical coverage of EUR 30,000).
- Applicant's most recent monthly bank statement. The statement must clearly show the applicant's name as the account holder, the balances of the accounts, and the date of the statement.
- Hotel reservation(s) for the duration of your visit.
- Flight reservations(s) for the country of your visit and return ticket.
- Covering letter mentioning the details of the applicant, travel, and details of the other members traveling with you.

Ukraine Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- A valid international Passport.
- Return airline/transit ticket.
- Accommodation Information (hotel booking).
- Ukraine tourist visa is under the short-term (type C) visa.
- Health insurance (up to 30,000 euro coverage).
- Short-term visa is issued for tourism, investments, festivals, and medical treatments.
- A tourist visa can be issued for three different entry types:

- A bank statement not older than 6 months is required. It should show that the applicant has enough money for the trip.
- Proof of travel itinerary.
- Details of accommodation reservations in Ukraine should also be provided by the applicant during the visa application.
Ukraine Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Ukraine issues student visas to foreign individuals who are interested in attending academic institutions in the country.
- Original valid international passport
- Three passport photographs (35mm x 45mm).
- To apply for this visa, the applicant has to get a valid invitation letter from a particular institution. The original invitation and a photocopy should be submitted.
- The medical health certificate should be provided.
- A legalized medical certificate of general fitness with its Ukrainian translation should be submitted.
- HIV/AIDS results should be provided.
- It is also issued for internships in organizations or institutions of learning.
- Ensure that there are no mistakes in the invitation and that the personal details match those in your International passport.
- The invitation letter should be registered according to the procedure established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
- A student visa is for multiple-entries and is also known as a long-term visa (type D). It is valid for a period of over 90 days.
- It is important that the passport photograph submitted with the application form online should be of high quality.
- An original birth certificate and a photocopy are required.
- Signed photocopies of the sponsor’s ID card or passport, and a bank statement of the sponsor’s personal account (not older than 6 months) showing sufficient funds to cover the applicant’s expenses for the first year will be required.
- University or tertiary institution applicants will have to present the original copy of their college school-leaving certificate, statement of results and photocopies of both, legalized by the Ministry of Foreign affairs in the Philippine.
