Austria Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • This visa is for persons who will be travelling to Austria strictly for business reasons.
  • Holders of this visa can attend business meetings and sign contracts.
  • They can also attend conferences, seminars, job interviews and professional examinations with this visa.
  • For business invitations, a representative of the host company in Austria has to file an application with the local authority responsible for visas and residence permits for Austria.
  • Documentation affirming the purpose and duration of the trip is required. It could be an offer letter of employment.
  • Applicants are required to provide a letter of invitation from the company in Austria they will be meeting with.
  • A letter from the applicant's employer in Qatar is to be provided stating the duration and purpose of their visit.
