Basic Travel Requirements for Qataris visiting Poland
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Polish Visa.
- A completely filled and signed visa application form.
- International passport valid at least 3 months after the intended exit from Poland.
- The passport must have at least 2 blank pages for the visa stamps.
- A residence permit that will be valid at the end of the trip to Poland for non-citizens.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs of 3.5x4.5cm dimensions. This passport should be taken on a white background and must meet the Schengen visa photo requirement.
- For minors, the application form and consent letter must be signed by the parents/legal guardians.
- An unabridged birth certificate of the minors is also required as well as valid identity documents of the parents.
- Travel insurance that covers all sorts of medical emergencies up to a minimum of €30,000 is important.
- You will need to provide a travel itinerary showing entry and exit dates from the country. This is to show you have intentions of leaving Poland at the expiry of your visa.
- Proof of financial sustenance in the country.
- A letter of no objection from the appropriate authority in Qatar either from your employer if employed or from your school if you're a student.
- Proof of accommodation which could be a hotel reservation or letter of declaration from your host stating that you will be accommodated during your stay in Poland if you'll be living with a friend or relative.
- A valid means of identification of your host and a letter of invitation detailing the purpose, duration and any other necessary information about the trip is needed.
- All original documents are to be accompanied by notarized copies.

Poland Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The student visa is issued to visa applicants who intend to visit Poland for longterm studying.
- With the student visa, applicants are allowed multiple entries into Poland.
- You must have been admitted to study in a learning institution in Poland before you can apply for this visa.
- Applicants of this visa are to provide a letter of admission from the institution which confirms enrollment and awareness of your trip.
- You will also need to apply for a student’s resident permit that spans the duration of your study in the country.
- Applicants of this visa must have enough money to cater to their expenses during their studies in Poland.
- If you have received any scholarship from a valid organization, relevant documents affirming the scholarship offer should be presented when applying.
- Proof of accommodation for the duration of your study in Poland which could be a hostel reservation or an agreement with a private apartment.
- You are allowed to work part-time as long as it doesn't affect your studies.
- Proof of payment of tuition fees is required.
- If you are less than 18 years, a letter of consent signed by both parents as well as your birth certificate is required.
- You will need to provide evidence that you will return to Qatar at the end of your study. This evidence could be documents showing family ties, businesses or properties in Qatar.
- The student visa costs €180 and it is usually processed within 30 days.
Poland Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The tourist visa is for persons traveling to Poland for relaxation and recreational activities.
- This visa also allows you to visit friends and relatives in Poland.
- You cannot be gainfully employed with a tourist visa.
- You are also not allowed to learn in any Polish learning institution with this visa type.
- If you are visiting a friend or relative in Poland, a valid ID of the host and an invitation letter is required. This letter should contain your host's home address, the purpose, and the duration of the trip.
- You will be required to present proof of family ties in Qatar as a means of showing strong incentives for returning home after your visa expires.
- A full round trip reservation that corresponds with your entry and the exit date is required to avoid overstaying in Poland.
- You are required to prove that you can spend PLN300 for stays not exceeding 3 days, PLN100 daily for stays exceeding 3 days and PLN20 per day if the cost of your stay is taken care of by a sponsor.
- If your host is taking care of your expenses in Poland, there must be proof of guarantee coupled with bank statements. Otherwise, you will have to present your own bank statement as proof.
- Applicants are to provide a hotel reservation or a declaration that they will be accommodated by a host in Poland.
- A signed letter from the applicant's employer written on the company's letterhead confirming position & leave approval for the exact travel dates the applicant will be out of Qatar is required.
- Students are to provide a letter of no objection from their school confirming enrollment, awareness of trip and proof of registration for the year under the university's letterhead.
- You are to leave Poland before your visa expires.
- The visa has a validity of 90 days and it is usually processed for about 15 days.
- This visa costs €60 for applicants 12 years and above, €35 for children between 6-11 and is free for children under 6.
