Basic Travel Requirements for Rwandans visiting Argentina
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Argentinean Visa.
- Complete visa application form.

Argentina Work Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Original passport which will be valid for at least 6 months at the time of entering Argentina is required. It must have at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
- Completely filled visa application form signed by the applicant is needed. It's recommended to be done in electronic format.
- Two (2) current 4 x 4 cm photographs showing the full frontal view of the applicant, printed in colour and taken on a white background is required from the applicant.
- You'll be required to present a formal letter from the inviting company you intend to work with at the embassy. The company or individual employing you must be registered with the National Registry of Petitioners on behalf of Foreign Applicants (RENURE) of the National Directorate of Migration.
- Proof of Argentine address you intend to live in while in the country is also needed. This could be a utility bill.
- You'll need to apply for a residence permit when applying for this visa type.
- Certificate of good conduct from Rwandan police is required. This report should span a three year period.
- A sworn affidavit stating a lack of criminal record in other countries is also important.

- This visa is valid for 3 months but can be extended for another 3 months. The extension can be done at the National Migration Office and the request must be submitted within 60 days to the expiration of the current visa.
- Applicants are advised to submit their applications for this visa at least 30 days prior to the planned departure date.

- This visa costs $200 and it's processed in 15-20 days.

- This visa is for Rwandans who intend to visit Argentina for business activities.

Argentina Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- This visa is for Rwandans who have been offered admission to study in an Argentine learning institution.
- Duly completed visa application form is required. It is preferable to submit an electronic form.
- Two recent 4 x 4cm coloured photographs taken on a white background is also needed.
- An electronic details of the student data by the educational institution in the National Directorate of Migration is required.
- The school you're admitted into must be duly registered with the National Registry of Petitioners on behalf of Foreign Applicants of Argentina (RENURE) and have an inscription number.
- You are to provide proof of sufficient funds to cover stay and study expenses. This proof could be recent bank statements.
- For minors, a letter of authorization signed by both parents is needed. This letter should contain the name of the tutor responsible for the minor in Argentina.
- For applicants 16 years and older, a legalized certificate of good conduct issued by Rwandan police covering the past 3 years is required. They are also required to submit a sworn affidavit affirming a lack of criminal record in other countries.
- You can take up paid employment as long as it doesn't interfere with your studies.
