Basic Travel Requirements for Rwandans visiting Cyprus

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Cypriot Visa.


  • A passport valid for three months from the date of entry and duration of stay. 
  • Two identical photo passports (40mmx50mm). 
  • A duly completed visa application form.
  • A letter from the applicant stating reasons for visiting Cyprus
  • A copy of hotel reservation confirming  the applicant’s accommodation. 
  • A letter of invitation which contains  the host’s contact information.
  • An official letter from applicant’s employer to confirm their employment status.
  • A proof of applicant’s wages or salaries.
  • Copies of applicant’s bank statement from the past three months 
  • A copy of an all risk medical policy coverage.
