How to get a Lebanon visa from Rwanda

• One visa application form completely filled and signed.
• Applicant’s passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of return from Lebanon.
• Passport should have at least two blank pages for entry and exit visa stamp.
• 1 recent passport photograph that is taken with the last 6 months displaying a non-smiling expression.
• Flight ticket for return of applicant’s journey is mandatory.
• Applicants are required to provide photocopies of important documents.
• A copy of the applicant’s flight ticket is a mandatory Lebanon visa requirement.
• Letter of invitation from inviting company in Lebanon stating the purpose of stay and duration of stay. the letter should also indicate who will be responsible for applicants financial expenses.
• The letter must include contact information such as company address and phone number of the company in Lebanon.
• The letter must be approved by the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
• Business letter from applicant’s Rwanda based country stating they are aware of the applicant’s leave is required. The letter should also indicate contact information of the company in Rwanda.
• Copy of confirmed itinerary showing date of arrival and departure.
