Argentina Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • A business visa is issued to foreigners visiting Argentina for strictly business purposes.
  • Business letter from the applicant’s employer in Senegal indicating that the applicant is of good conduct, the purpose, and duration of stay in Argentina.
  • The letter should also state the applicant’s full name, contact information such as address and phone numbers of company in Senegal and business partners in Argentina.
  • An invitation letter from the host company in Argentina introducing the applicant and stating the type of business to be conducted in Argentina is required.
  • The letter must clearly state the contact information of the applicant and the duration of stay in Argentina.
  • If the host or sending company will be fully responsible for the applicant’s financial expenses, it should be clearly stated in the letter.
  • The letter must be written in Spanish, on the organization letterhead and must be signed by the person in charge.

Argentina Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • An Argentina student visa is issued to foreigners who wish to enter Argentina and reside in the country for the duration of their studies.
  • A letter of acceptance from the educational institute in Argentina is required.
  • Without a letter of acceptance from the educational institution you wish to attend in Argentina, applicants cannot proceed with the visa application process.
  • A valid international passport for at least 6 months after the date of entry into Argentina is required.
  • The passport should also have 2 blank pages for the required visa stamp.
  • Two recent passport photographs. The passports should have a white background and the dimensions of this passport photo should be 4cm x 4cm.

  •  A recent police certificate that shows that the applicant of good behavior.
  •  Relevant educational certificates and transcripts such as educational certificates should show that the applicant is qualified to study in Argentina. These documents include WAEC, Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree certificate and Transcripts.
  •  Document showing payment of immigration tax.
  • A copy of the travel itinerary or flight reservation is required.
