Business visa
- Afghanistan business visa is issued to Seychelles nationals who intend to travel to Afghanistan for business purposes.
- A visa application form must be fully completed. The application form must be accurately completed as incomplete application forms may delay the processing of your visa application or lead to outright denial.
- You are required to send 2 recent passport-size photographs (2x2 inches) with your completed visa application form.
- Your Seychelles passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended departure date from Afghanistan.
- Foreigners who want to extend their visa must do so prior to their visa expiration.
- Foreigners are to be culturally sensitive and respectful to the local culture and traditions of Afghanistan.
- You should avoid taking photos and cinematographic films from restricted areas.
- You are not to transport rare birds out of Afghanistan as it is considered as an illegal act.
- You may take 30 sqm carpets, 10 animal skins except Karakul, a certain amount of gemstones like Lapis Lazuli, handicrafts and a limited variety of unrestricted antiques.
- Visitors who travelled to Afghanistan should (upon arrival into the country) register with their embassies in Kabul, or at their nearest Afghan Police Department or to an Afghan Tourist Organization;
- You should submit an invitation letter from a partner company in Afghanistan. The letter should state the purpose of your visit, how long you intend to stay in the country and who will be responsible for your expenses while in the country.
- A business letter from your employer stating your name, your role in the company and the purpose of your travel to Afghanistan should be submitted.
- Foreigners are also required to provide a copy of your most recent bank account statements as proof that you are financially able to cater to your needs while in Afghanistan.
- Proof of hotel accommodation for the entire duration of your stay in Afghanistan should also be provided.
- You should note that the visa allows a maximum stay of 30 days and must be used within 3 months of its issuance.
