Visa type details
Business visa
- Applicants from Seychelles who intend to travel to Sudan for business purposes such as business meetings, trade fairs, conferences or other business activities are eligible for a Sudanese business visa.
- Your application form must be correctly filled and signed. Failure to do so might stall the visa application process beyond its processing days.
- Provision for yellow fever and cholera are not necessarily required but recommended.
- This visa costs $154 generally, but the fee may vary depending on the Consulate or embassy of Seychelles in your country you are applying from.

- As proof of your employment, you are to submit a copy of your employment contract and an updated copy of your resume.
- Visitors are required to provide Hotel confirmation which should also include contact information and address of the hotel.
- You are to provide a copy of your hotel reservation for the entire duration of your stay in Sudan.
- The business letter must introduce the applicant stating the position held in the company, nature of the business to be carried out, name and address of the company in Sudan.
- You also need a signed business letter from your employer (company or government ministry) stating the purpose of your travel, the details of the partner business in Sudan and the nature of your travel. If your employer will be sponsoring your trip, a guarantee should be provided to that effect.
- Proof of financial sustenance is very important.
- A return ticket to Seychelles is required to show the intentions of leaving once the visa expires.
