Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Bruneian Visa.

  • Valid national passport with a validity of more than 6 months from the period of entry. The passport should have two blank pages.

  • You can attend business meetings, conferences and trade fairs with this visa.
  • You can also negotiate and sign contracts with their partners in the country.
  • A letter of invitation from the company you are visiting in Brunei is required. The company address, purpose and duration of your visit should be clearly stated in the letter.
  • The certificate of business registration of the company you are visiting in Brunei is required.
  • Letter with the official company letterhead from your current employer in South Africa is required. Your employer should state that he/she is aware of your business leave. Your status in the company should be stated in the letter.
  • You cannot take up paid or unpaid employment with this visa.
  • Ensure you make copies of all your original documents.
  • You are expected to leave the country at the expiry of your visa.
  • The visa is valid for 90 days.
