  • The host company in Sweden is required to send a letter of invitation which should contain details of the nature of business to be conducted, duration of the business, sponsor of the trip.
  • Individuals who have been previously involved in business dealings with the same host company should provide details of the transactions.
  • A hotel reservation should be made in advance for the business trip to Sweden.
  • Those that are self-employed should provide their business registration certificate and income tax clearance.

  • A medical report from the doctor in charge of your treatment in Sudan is required. The report should state the nature of the illness, previous treatments undergone and possible treatment to be administered in Sweden.
  • Confirmation of your medical appointment with the medical institution in Sweden should be provided. The dates and duration of the treatment should be included.
  • Receipts showing deposits already made for the treatment is to be submitted during the visa application.
  • Minors are to have a copy of their birth certificate and notarized travel authorization from both parents or guardian.
