  • One recent coloured passport photo taken within 3 months, against a white background.
  • Tanzanian passport valid for 6 months after the date of exit from Angola is required.
  • The passport should have at least two blank pages for the visa stamp.
  • Original and a colour copy of the International Vaccine against yellow fever Certificate is required.
  • Round trip ticket or flight itinerary showing entry and exit date from Angola.
  • Evidence of support during stay in the Republic of Angola, equivalent to USD 200,00 per day in Angola is required. 
  • Hotel reservation as proof of accommodation in Angola is required.
  • A statement of responsibility during the stay in the Republic of Angola from the host is required.
  • All documents to be authenticated by the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Tanzania need first to be authenticated by a Public Notary and the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of Tanzania.
  • A Portuguese language translation by a professional translator is required for all documents to be submitted in the Republic of Angola.
  • A police clearance certificate showing that the applicant has no criminal record in Tanzania is required.
