Basic Travel Requirements for Tanzanians visiting Japan

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Japanese Visa.


  • A valid passport.
  • A completed and signed visa application form.
  • One passport size photograph not older than 6 months. 
  • A copy of your flight reservation.
  • A copy of your hotel reservation.
  • A letter of guarantee from your Guarantor.
  • Proof of sustenance throughout your stay in Japan.
