Basic Travel Requirements for Thais visiting Poland

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Polish Visa.


  • A Thailand passport which will be valid 6 months after exiting from the country. 
  • Two passport-sized photographs taken with a white background. The photograph must be at least 3 months old from the time of application.
  • Original bank statement for the last three months prior to the date of application for the visa.
  • Valid travel insurance which has a coverage of €30,000 for medical insurance.
  • Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country.
  • Return flight ticket must be provided.
  • Copy of travel itinerary showing dates, time, entry and exit to the country.
  • A cover letter which explains the purpose of your visit to Poland.
  • Proof of civil status, for example; your birth or marriage certificate.
