Equatorial Guinea does not have an embassy in Togo. Togolese are advised to make their application through the embassy in Cameroon.

Equatorial Guinea Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Tourist Visa is issued Togolese who have the intention of visiting Equatorial Guinea for the purpose of sightseeing, leisure or tourism.
Applicants who are travelling to visit friends and family are to submit a letter of invitation from their host. The letter should contain the home and contact address of the host and the relationship with the applicant
Applicants passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of departure should be submitted by the applicant.
Applicants who are employed are to submit a letter from their employer stating the awareness and duration of your leave.
Minors should ensure they provide the original copy of their birth certificate. I the minor will be travelling without supervision, a notarized consent signed by both their parents is required.
Proof of the incentive of returning to your home country at the expiration of your visa should be submitted.
Proof of payment of visa application fee should be submitted.
Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicant duration of stay should be submitted.
Applicants are required to tender a copy of a round trip ticket to your country of origin, showing entry and exit dates to/from Equatorial Guinea as well as the flight numbers.

This visa is issued to Togolese who are travelling to Equatorial Guinea for business purposes. Togolese can negotiate and sign business contracts with their partners in the country. Applicants passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the proposed date of travel should be submitted. A letter from the applicant's employer stating their awareness, purpose and duration of the applicants trip should be submitted. An invitation letter from the company in Equatorial Guinea should be provided. The letter should state the duration and purpose of the visit. Valid contact information of the company should be stated in the letter. The letter must state whether the responsibility of the applicants' finances would be on the host company or the sponsoring company. Proof of previous business dealings between the applicants' company and the host company is necessary. A certificate of business registration of the company in Equatorial Guinea should be submitted.
