France visa requirements for Togoleses

The French tourist visa (Schengen short-stay visa) is issued to Togolese travelling to France for tourism, business, family visitation or any other short term purposes.

Applicants visiting friends or family require a letter of invitation from their host in france. The letter should contain the house and contact address of the host.

The applicant's reason for travel must be clearly stated on the visa stamped in the applicant's visa.

Proof of payment of visa application fee should be submitted.

This French business visa (Schengen short-stay visa) is issued to Togolese with the intention of carrying out business transactions in France.

Business meetings can be held in any part of the country with this visa.

Two recent passport-sized photograph taken within the last 3 months should be submitted. 

An international passport with a validity of not less than 3 months to the proposed date of departure should be submitted.

Minors are expected to submit a copy of their birth certificate and a letter of consent from the parents if they are travelling with one or none of their parents.

The Student Visa is issued to foreigners travelling to France for study purposes.

A letter of acceptance from the academic institution you have been accepted to is required.

Bearers of this visa are permitted to part-time.

The Transit Visa is issued to Togolese making stopovers in France.

With this visa, foreigners can board a connecting flight from an airport in France to the destination country.

This visa also allows its holders to transit through a port in France to a third destination.

The visa and other entry permits to the destination country are required.

Flight ticket to your destination country should be submitted.

Holders of this visa are not allowed to work while they are in the country.

You cannot study with the transit visa.

Proof of clean criminal record should be provided.

Receipt of paid visa application fee is required

Applicants are expected to leave France before the expiration of their visa.
