Thailand Transit Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Thailand Transit visa(TS) is issued to Togolese with the intention of transiting through Thailand to their destination country.
It is also issued to sportsmen and women who are coming into the country for a sporting event or activity(S).
The person in charge or crew of a conveyance coming to a port, station or area in Thailand (category "C") would also be issued a transit visa
Applicant must have a passport with a validity of 6 months from the proposed date of travel.
Proof of visa or travel pass to the applicants' destination country should be provided.
Proof of financial sufficiency in form of bank statement that shows that the applicant has up to 1,000 USD or 2,000 USD for a family trip.
Letter of invitation for a sports festival or Kingdom.
Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation.
A copy of the applicant’s biodata page is required.
The transit visa is valid for three months.
The duration of stay per visit is capped at 30 days.
Those with the intention of extending their visa or who wish to change their visa type must file an application for permission at the Office of Immigration Bureau located on Soi Suan Plu. The extension of stay as well as the change of certain type of visa is solely at the discretion of the Immigration officer.

Thailand Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Thailand tourist visa is issued to Togolese travelling with the intention of sightseeing, vacation or visiting friends and relatives(TR). Applicants also seeking medical attention or treatment in Thailand are also issued this visa(MT). Applicants must possess a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the proposed date of travel. Proof of financial sufficiency that covers applicants duration of stay should be submitted in the form of a bank statement with not less than 1,000 USD as it balance. Proof of purchase of travel document in the form of air tickets paid in full. Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation should also be submitted. Proof of part or full payment of medical fees. Evidence of payment of the visa application fee. Medical letter from the hospital in Thailand statement their awareness of your trip and medical condition, A copy of the applicant’s biodata passport page. If the applicant is travelling with a minor, the original birth certificate of the minor with a letter of consent from one or both parents of the minor should be submitted. The tourist visa has a validity of 3 months. Upon arrival, bearers of this visa will not be allowed to stay beyond 60 days. Those with the intention of extending their visa or who wish to change their visa type must file an application for permission at the Office of Immigration Bureau located on Soi Suan Plu. Thailand Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Thailand student visa is issued to Togolese with the intention of studying in any of the educational institutions in Thailand. The visa is also known as an Education visa. Applicants of this visa can attend training sessions, cooking classes, martial arts classes, participate in projects or seminars, or study as a foreign Buddhist monk. The student visa also allows foreigners to undertake skilled work or to work as an expert or a specialist. The student visa can either be issued as a single-entry visa: valid for 3 months or a multiple-entry visa: valid for one year. Applicants are to provide the letter of acceptance from the institution of study. The letter should be written on the institution's letterhead and should state the course you have been offered. Certificates and transcripts of previously attended institutions by the applicants of this visa should be submitted. If the educational qualification of the applicant does not match the course of study in which the applicant has been granted admission, the visa would be denied. Foreign students are allowed to work part-time for a period of up to 20-hours per week when school is in session and full-time when school is on break. Qualified applicants can obtain an additional one-year stay permit counting from the date of entry in the country pertaining to the Office of the Immigration Bureau’s regulation on the extension of stay. Proof of part or full payment of tuition fee should be submitted. Students should show proof of financial stability. Students should have at least 15,000 – 25,000 Baht monthly. (Equivalent to 390 – 650 Euros).
Thailand Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Thailand business visa is issued to Togolese travelling with the intentions of partaking in business meeting or carrying out business transaction. Also issued to travellers with the intention of working in Thailand. The Thailand business visa is valid for 90 days. The business visa comes as a Single-entry or Multiple-entry visa. If the applicant has previously worked in Thailand, the copy of Work Permit issued by the Ministry of Labour is required. Applicants should submit a copy of educational records of the applicant and letters of recommendation from the prior employers, identifying the job description and length of service time Thailand allows foreigners to start up business in their country. Applicants can start up their own businesses in Thailand but must fulfil the following requirements. Applicant must create a co-operate name, and it must be approved within 30 days by the Business Development Office in the Ministry of Commerce. A Memorandum of Association to be filed with the Business Development Office must include the name of the company that has been successfully reserved, the province where the company will be located, its business objectives, the capital to be registered, and the names of the seven promoters. A statutory meeting must be set up. Within three months of the date of the Statutory Meeting, the directors must submit the application to establish the company. Company registration fees are 500 baht per 100,000 baht of registered capital. The minimum fee is 5,000 baht; the maximum is 250,000 baht. Businesses are liable to income tax registration. Applicants who are employed should provide a letter from their Employer stating the awareness, purpose and duration of your leave. A letter from your host company in Thailand stating there awareness of your visit and the type of business to be carried out should also be submitted. Printed flight and hotel reservation under the applicant's name should be submitted. It must show flights entering and exiting Thailand. A copy of your bank statement is needed. Photocopy of the applicant's most recent bank statement as proof of sufficient funds ($700 per person - single entry and $7000 for multiple entries).
