Basic Travel Requirements for Tunisians visiting Netherlands

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Dutch Visa.

  • Tunisia Passport with a validity of more than 6 months from the intended period of exiting the country.
  • The passport should have at least two blank pages for the Netherlands visa stamp.
  • Duly completely and signed visa application form signed by the applicant is required.
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background.
  • Original copy of bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application. 
  • Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of the stay in the Netherlands.
  • Proof of civil status in the Netherlands is required.
  • Proof of accommodation or hotel reservations for the whole duration of stay in the Netherlands  is required.
  • A copy of the return flight ticket is required.

Netherlands Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • Tourist visa is granted to foreigners who wish to visit for vacation, sightseeing, and exploring the Netherlands.
  • Applicants can also visit friends and family members with a tourist visa.
  • Netherlands visa application form should be completely filled, printed and signed.
  • Tunisia passport that is valid for at least 3 months after date of exit from Netherlands.
  • The passport must have at least two blank pages for Netherlands visa.
  • Two identical passport photograph taken against a white background.
  • Bank statements showing proof of sufficient funds for the duration of stay should be provided.
  • Travel itinerary showing entry date, exit date and full details of your trip in Netherlands.

  • Business visa is issued to foreigners visiting the Netherlands for business activities.
  • Completely filled and signed visa application form.
  • Original Tunisia passport that is valid for at least 3 months beyond stay in The Netherlands.
  • The passport must have at least two blank pages for Netherlands visa.
  • Two identical passport photograph taken within the last three months with a white background.
  • Invitation letter from the Netherlands company the applicant will be visiting and details and address, accompanied with the dates of visit.
  • Letter from applicant’s employer in Tunisia, stating that applicant will be traveling to Netherlands and that the employer permits applicant to leave throughout the required period.
  • The letter of invitation must indicate if the host company is covering the financial expenses of the applicant.
  • Bank statement for the last six months is required.
