Basic Travel Requirements for Tunisians visiting Romania

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Romanian Visa.

  • A completely filled and signed visa application form.
  • An original Tunisia passport valid for at least 6 months beyond stay in Romania.

  • The business visa is issued to foreigners visiting Romania for business meeting such as attending business meeting and conferences, negotiating and signing contracts and getting involved in trade fairs with other business partners or company in Romania.
  • Applicants are required to submit a correctly filled and signed Romania visa application form.
  • An original Tunisia passport valid for at least 6 months beyond stay in Romania.
  • The passport should have at least 2 blank pages for Romania visa stamp.
  • 2 identical passport photograph taken against a white background is required and must be taken within the last three months.
  • Travel itinerary showing travel details dates of arrival and departure from Israel.

  • The letter of invitation must clearly state the nature of business to be conducted in Romania, address and contact information of the host company.
  • The company/organization in Romania must be registered under the government of Romania. A certificate that shows proof of registration is required.
  • A business cover letter from the sending company in Tunisia indicating the applicants' position held in the company and duration of business leave.
  • The letter must also indicate that the applicant’s employer is aware of the business leave and stating that the applicant possess good morals while in Tunisia.
  • If should be clearly stated in the required letters if the ending or inviting company will be financially responsible for the applicant for the whole duration of stay.
  • An original bank statement or payslip showing proof of sufficient funds while in Romania.
  • A copy of a signed police report showing no record of criminal activity in Tunisia.
