Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Trinidadian Visa.
- Two duly completed visa application forms.

Trinidad And Tobago Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- You are required to fully complete 2 copies of the visa application form and attach a recent passport-sized photograph to each. Note that incomplete application forms will not be processed.
- Your valid passport must be valid and have a minimum validity of 6 months beyond your departure date from Trinidad and Tobago.
- You are required to provide an original letter of invitation from your business contact in Trinidad and Tobago stating the purpose of your visit, the duration of your travel and the source of funding for your trip and all your expenses while you are in the country. The letter must have the stamp of the partner company.
- You must also provide an original business letter from your employer stating your position in the company, your salary and how long you have worked in the company. The letter should also state that you will rejoin the company after your visit to Trinidad and Tobago.
- You are required to provide original copies of your bank account statements. The bank statements must be of the last 6 months.
- You must also submit a certified copy of your latest income tax return.
- If you have a business card, you may provide it for your visa application.
- If you are going for business for the first time or for the first time within the last 365 days, you are advised to apply for a single-entry visa.
- You are required to provide your proposed travel itinerary. You are, however, advised to not purchase your flight ticket until your visa application is approved.
- If you have a work permit that is valid for more than 3 months, you can apply for a multiple-entry visa.
Trinidad And Tobago Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Rwandan citizens who intend to travel to Trinidad and Tobago for study purposes are eligible to apply for the student visa.
- You are required to fully complete and sign 2 copies of the visa application form. incomplete application forms will not be processed.
- 2 recent coloured passport-size photographs, clearly showing your face must be submitted with your completed application forms.

- The tourist visa is issued to foreign nationals who intend to travel to Trinidad and Tobago for the purpose of tourism, sightseeing, visiting friends or relatives, or other leisure activities.
- Your original Rwandan passport must be valid and have a minimum validity of 6 months beyond your departure date from Trinidad and Tobago.

- You should provide proof of hotel or private accommodation such as the name and contact details of your host, the hotel or guesthouse you will be staying for the entire duration of your stay.
- You are to provide proof of financial means for the entire duration of your stay in Trinidad and Tobago by submitting original copies of your bank account statements for the last 6 months.
