Denmark Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The Danish Business Visa is issued to foreigners who are visiting the country for engaging in temporary work or business.
- This visa does not grant the business visa holder to take up new employment in Denmark.
- The Business visa just like the other members of the EU and part of Schengen countries valid for 90 days with the option of extending it to 180 days if the holder intends.
- If the holder extended the visa to 180 days, he is however inclined to spend part of the days in other Schengen countries having visiting Denmark initially.
- The 90 days may be spread across one or more visits, and the more than one visits make the visa Multiple entries.
- The maximum processing time for the visa is usually 15 business days but exceptional cases can delay it to 30 to 60 days.
- A foreigner who is applying for a long stay business visa, the visa is charged $195 USD.
- The foreigners who are visiting for a short-stay are bound to pay 60 Euro for adults above 12years old.
- The applicant must provide a letter from their employer stating or allowing their business travel.

- The Danish Tourist visa is meant for those travelers looking to visit Denmark for tourism purposes like holiday, fun, leisure, nature and enlightenment.
- The visa is for those who will be spending less than 90 days for the sole purpose of tourism.
- The holder of the Danish visa have the advantage of traveling to other Schengen countries(as Denmark is part of the Schengen countries) having visited Denmark.
- Foreigners are not entitled to take up employment on tourist visa in Denmark or other Schengen countries.
- The applicant must ensure he provides his or her invitation letter with the address and phone number from family member or sponsor, if applicable.
