  • Travelers  with the intention of visiting  Guinea-Bissau must first apply for an E-visa.
  • Pre-approval would be granted by the Guinea-Bissau consulate to the applicants in their home country.
  • On presentation of the pre-approval document at the border checkpoint of Guinea-Bissau the traveler is then issued a visa on arrival.
  • Visitors can only stay for 90 days in Guinea-Bissau. 
  • Alongside the printed confirmation that a visa will be issued upon arrival, the traveler must also have a return/onward ticket.
  • A proof of hotel accommodation is also needed.
  • Algerians visiting Guinea-Bissau are required to provide a passport with six months of validity and at least two blank pages for stamps on arrival and departure.
