Basic Travel Requirements for Angolans visiting Egypt

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Egyptian Visa.

  • Fully completed and signed visa application form.
  • Two 2 x 2  recent passport photos on white background.
  • The passport photo must be not more than 6 months old.
  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months and has an empty visa page.
  • Applicant should submit a copy of salary slips of the past three months.
  • For a self-employed applicant, a copy of the bank statement of the last 6 months or business registration license is required.
  • Letter of invitation from either friend, family, tour organization, business company or organization or admission letter is required from the applicant.
  • Proof of accommodation for the duration of the stay or confirmed hotel reservation is required.

Egypt Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • Business visa is required to foreigners visiting for the purpose of engaging in business activities.
  • Holders of business visa can negotiate and sign contracts, attend business meeting or conference, etc.
  • Fully completed and signed visa application form.
  • Two 2  x 2, recent passport photos on white background.
  • Original Angola passport should still be valid for at least 6 months.
  • Passport must have at least one blank visa page.
  • Letter of invitation from the company/organization indicating the detailed purpose of the trip, name of the company application will be working with, type of business to be conducted in Egypt and duration of required stay in Egypt. 
  • It should also be stated in the letter that the company in Egypt is financially responsible for the applicant.
  • Applicants must provide proof showing that the inviting company is a registered company in Egypt and has met all the Egyptian government requirements.
  • Photocopies of the round trip ticket or confirmed itinerary.
  • Proof of previous business dealing, if available is required.

Egypt Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • The tourist visa is issued to foreigners visiting for sightseeing, relaxation, and visitation in Egypt.
  • Fully completed and signed Egypt visa application form.
  • Two passport photo with a white background should be stapled to the form.
  • Angola Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond stay in Egypt.
  •  Passport mus have a blank visa page for visa stamp.
  • Two photocopies of round-trip ticket or confirmed itinerary showing entry and exit date.
  • It takes 10 days to process the tourist visa.
  • Letter of invitation from family or friend in Egypt stating the relationship with the applicant, host address and contact information.
  • If the applicant will be going for a tour, a letter of approval from the tour organization in Egypt is required.
  • A copy of the applicant bank statement as proof of sufficient funds for the trip.
  • Minors traveling alone should submit a copy of the birth certificate and a consent note signed by parents or legal guardian.
  • Holders of a tourist visa are not permitted to engage in any business activities in Egypt.
